Please note that advice cannot be provided for criminal law matters. If you have a criminal law matter to discuss, you may be able to seek advice through your Professional Indemnity Insurance provider.
If after the first 20 minutes you want any additional advice, then it will be on a paid basis on arrangements as agreed with the relevant legal office at the time.
After submitting this form your request will be reviewed by a member of APS Professional Advisory Service staff to ensure it meets the criteria before forwarding to the legal advisors.
If your request meets the criteria a representative from the relevant legal office will contact you directly within two (2) working days.
